The Europrix Multimedia Awards is the premier multimedia awards in Europe. It originated in Austria and is organised by the International Center for New Media.  By showcasing the talents of young people in Europe, it raises awareness of existing creative talent in the digital media arena. It opens a world of networking opportunities for young talent with the digital industry closely observing the work of the nominees. The Europrix Multimedia Festival

The world is changing and the ways to transmit information through multimedia has been evolving. IYC Projects can be submitted through the website to be evaluated by renowned multimedia experts in the industry. The 30 nominated finalists will be invited to the festival in Austria with a grant for travelling, room and board and an opportunity to attend events held all over Europe through Europrix’s partners.

To register, you need to be a top student or professional under 30. You must also live in any of the European Union countries or the EFTA , Bosnia , Herzegovina, Croatia, FYR Macedonia, Israel, Montenegro , Serbia or Turkey. It helps too if you are working on an innovative and creative project.This major event begins March 2012, with the registration deadline being held July 2012. The jury will evaluate all projects by September 2012 with notifications thereafter. The Europrix Multimedia competition is Europe’s best multimedia and e-content competition which invites creative and young multimedia developers under 30 years of age.
